1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of gameoffros.co and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Products
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens differ and natural hair varies slightly between batches. Minor variation in colour and curl pattern is normal and is not a defect.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment and dispatch. We may decline an order where a product is out of stock, payment fails, or we suspect fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not receive or store your card details.
6. Bulk orders
Orders of 50 units or more are handled on WhatsApp under separately agreed terms and are not covered by the website checkout process.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for damage arising from improper installation, heat use on synthetic fibre, or third-party chemical treatment.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
