We accept exchanges if mistakes are made on our end;
•wrong piece delivered
•wrong specification delivered
REFUND:
•If the customer chooses to be refunded due to their decision not to purchase anymore, the applied bank transfer charges will be deducted.
•In a case where the goods have been delivered and the customer chooses to not purchase anymore, the goods will be returned in good condition then refund will be processed (bank transfer charges will be deducted).
