What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and phone number when you register.
- Order details — your shipping address and order history.
- Technical data — IP address and session data, used to keep your cart and account secure.
We never see or store your card number. Payment details go directly to Paystack.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, and — only if you subscribe — to send you occasional emails about new arrivals. You can unsubscribe from any of those in one click.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: Paystack for payment, and our courier for delivery. We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Nigerian tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and marketing data at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@gameoffros.co and we will respond within 30 days.
