Are your products 100% human hair?
No. All products are Human Hair Blends. They can not be bleached, colored or straightened.
How many bundles do I need for a full head?
Most full heads take 3-5 bundles. For extra full look, 5 bundles upwards
Can I colour or bleach the hair?
NO.
Orders
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. Creating an account just lets you track orders and save addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we can change or cancel it. Custom units cannot be cancelled once construction has started.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer and USSD, all processed securely through Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, on orders of 50 units or more. Those orders are handled on WhatsApp rather than through the website.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Lagos is 2 -3 working days. Other Nigerian states are 3 to 5 working days. International is 7 - 10 working days via DHL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide via DHL Express.
